Paresh Patel

Chartered Accountant
Paresh Patel is a chartered accountant with over 30 years of experience in senior finance roles. He was a CFO of 2 property companies and a tech company; and Corporate Development director within a large biotech multi-national biotech quoted company. He will be personally involved in all assignments and will bring in other consultants as required.

As the Corporate Development director in PowderJect Pharmaceuticals Plc, a footsie 250 muti-national biotech company, he completed a number of acquisitions valued over £65m. He also played a major role in the sale of PowderJect Pharmaceuticals to Chiron Corporation for over £500m. At the point of sale PowderJect had a turnover of £160m and EBITDA of over  £40m.

 More recently Paresh worked with high-growth SMEs in the technology and property sectors. As CFO of Drayson Technologies he was involved in raising £18m in A and B fundraising rounds and worked closely with investors and the Board. He also worked as a CFO in a profitable property development group with a turnover of over £50m and a debt book of over £25m.

Paresh has significant experience in investor management, fund and debt raising and a broad COO management role assisting the CEO with the management of the overall business.
